Why is this preschool alphabet memory game important?
By Kindergarten, children following the common core standards will be asked to:
Recognize and name all upper- and lowercase letters of the alphabet.
Playing this memory game will not only reinforce the letters of the alphabet but also has significant value for brain development. See what How We Montessori has to say about that HERE.

Get your index cars, and let’s begin to write down the letters.

Write the letters of the alphabet. You will need to write each letter twice.

Next, you can play adding one letter they are unsure about. Add more as your preschooler gains confidence.
