In a couple of weeks, my almost six-year-old starts Kindergarten.

Now picture this:
At 21 I began my teaching career teaching Kindergarten. Each year there would be a screamer, clinger, and/or a runner. A good year started off with just one of the three.
So, you would think the runners were the most difficult.
But you know what? It was actually the little ones you had to pry out of mom or dad’s hands. At 21 I kind of got it and at 38 I REALLY get it.
